1. I was craving ragu tonight for dinner but got lazy and decided to take a little drive down easy street with my rendition of ragu (or, in my eyes, something meaty and tomato-y). So I took ground beef and browned it in a pan that was already sweating onions and garlic in butter and olive oil. On another burner, I was cooking up a mean tomato sauce with: 1 can San Marzano tomatoes, 1/2 sweet onion and 5 tablespoons of butter. And on another burner, I boiled some fresh handmade angel hair pasta. Threw it all together and OH MY DELICIOUSNESS.
